When I started Flannery Safety Consulting in 2015, the plan was simple. Help local contractors do safety properly, in plain language, without selling them a binder they would never use.

Eight years later, the work has grown beyond what I imagined. From a $400 weekend job for a renovator to multi year programs for general contractors running hundred million dollar projects.
